We work closely with our clients to take them through the following stages:
• Initial telephone discussion or meeting.
• Gain an understanding of the finance required and purpose and obtain information to support a proposal.
• We analyse and determine the funding requirement and where appropriate obtain initial outline terms.
• We prepare a detailed credit proposal for submission to the chosen lender/lenders. The nature and scope of these documents will depend on the type and amount of
finance required.
• Negotiate the terms with the funder.
• Project manage the whole process through to completion.
In terms of cost, this varies but will be based on one or all of the following:
1. Fixed price fee to prepare a credit proposal with a financial package. The amount is dependent on how much information is available and how much work is involved to develop the plan into a suitable proposal for a funder.
2. A success fee upon completion.
3. A success based commission may be payable by the lender.
